Lucha Cineas-Saint Fleury founded Designed By Lu in the spring of 2016 after an extensive career in talent and recruitment. With a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in  human resources from Long Island University, Lucha led the recruitment effort at the world’s fifth largest media agency, MEC Global and Time Warner Cable’s NY1 news division. Designed By Lu is a manifestation of Lucha’s keen ability to build amicable environments. She had an eye for top talent and building successful workplaces; now she’s using her lifelong passion for design to craft the celebrations of your dreams.

Designed By Lu is an all-inclusive Event Planning and Design company of a dedicated team. It exemplifies a strong service acumen, with trademark energy and positivity that builds and maintains constructive alliances with vendors and clients. Lucha’s collaborative approach to vendor relationships supports prudent and careful execution of events. As of October 2016, Designed By Lu’s headquarters opened its doors in Rosedale, NY. The venue is 2000 sq. feet suitable for many social gatherings for up to 80 guests.

Lucha Cineas-Saint Fleury resides in Nassau County with her husband and three children. Her family are members of Pilgrim Wesleyan Church in Brooklyn, where she serves as one of the marriage ministry leads along with her husband, Jean Ricot Saint Fleury.
